I supported RES-Q from 2006-2010, when the company completed its M&A strategy. They developed, marketed and supported software that hospitals use to manage staffing and scheduling. I guided the development of their messaging, created their press kit, wrote and issued product new releases and new customer win announcements, and managed media relations. I researched and wrote case studies, which were published under customer bylines. The results I achieved for RES-Q validated their technology and enabled potential customers to see the company’s software as a practical and proven solution to their problems.
